Prepare the Package
Carefully place the record in its original sleeve and use the specialized protective cardboard mailer to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement record within 3-5 business days.
